By creating a new loan request and entering information in this system, you hereby represent to New Capital Investments, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates that you are either (1) the applicant or (2) a duly authorized agent of the applicant with permission to disclose information regarding the applicant to third parties. All information entered into this system becomes the irrevocable property of New Capital Investments, LLC. and may be shared with third parties for the purpose of evaluating and underwriting your loan request. We do not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes; however, may use any informtion entered here for our own marketing purposes.
